Miley Cyrus is the new muse who has joined the joy-fuelled fantasy land created by Gucci Beauty, after coming on-board as the face of the Gucci Flora Gorgeous Gardenia campaign.
Not one to shy away from self-expression and optimism, the multi-platinum selling singer-songwriter was an obvious choice for Creative Director Alessandro Michele.
“Miley Cyrus is an artist with a spirit that is both rock ‘n’ roll and eclectic at the same time. I admire her and I think she will perfectly embody the new Gucci Flora Gorgeous Gardenia fragrance and story,” Michele says.
With her distinctive individuality, Cyrus features in a series of images and a fanciful video for the new scent, directed and shot by artist Petra Collins.

Calvin Klein Defy
Have you seen the latest Bond movie? There has been a lot of chatter about who’s going to replace Daniel Craig as Bond and one of those names is Richard Madden. You might have already seen him in Game of Thrones, Rocketman and The Bodyguard… or as the face of the new men’s fragrance Calvin Klein Defy.
Citrus, bergamot and Lavender Absolute sit alongside star ingredient Vetiver Oil from Haiti, providing earthy, woody notes that make up Defy. The masculine scent is thoughtfully packaged in a glass bottle with a cap that pays homage to the classic Calvin Klein jeans by featuring an embossed blue denim finish. Madden can also be seen wearing the iconic jeans and a crisp white shirt in the campaign visuals.
Adam Driver stars in Burberry’s latest campaign, Hero, its new perfume for men. It’s the first fragrance by the brand’s Chief Creative Officer Riccardo Tisci.
“I am so thrilled to have worked with the amazing Adam Driver to embody Hero for the house – he has this incredible depth in articulating what masculinity means today; how strength can be subtle, and emotions can empower,” Tisci says. “I wanted Hero to encapsulate modern masculinity, to play on the essence of primal human and animal instinct, channelling the duality between strength and sensitivity.” This concept is poetically captured in the campaign creative, showing off Driver’s athleticism as he runs alongside a horse on a sandy coastline and swims in the ocean.
With a heart of warm cedarwood, the fragrance is vibrant and invigorating thanks to bergamot, juniper and black pepper. The bottle’s angular shape is an abstract interpretation of a horse’s hoof and is engraved with the curved Burberry logo.
Hero is available as an eau de toilette, aftershave balm, hair and body wash, and deodorant.
